Steak Cheese

Combine in food processor:

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded asiago cheese
1 cup feta cheese
1/2 cup blue cheese
2 cups cream cheese
2 heaping tsp. garlic puree
2 heaping tsp. frozen spinach

Serve on or with a barbecued strip loin steak.
